luckee\'s thread on why we tip people got me thinking. Maybe this has been asked before but I am too lazy to check.

What\'s the most disgusting thing you ever found in your food at a restaurant? If you worked in the food service industry, did you see anything that would make the buying public cringe?

I once ordered some chicken fingers and I found what looked like a pubic hair deep fried into the batter. I could dangle the damn thing from this hair so I know it was cooked. :eek:

personally i have never found anything out of the ordinary in my food, i guess thats because im a good customer and tip well ;).

As for weird stuff in my food? I have never found anything in my food that I wouldn\'t let go down the hatch. Hell, it all goes to the same spot and comes out lookin pretty much like, well, chit!;)

Let\'s see...

  • I\'ve found hairs plenty of times. I lost count on those.
  • Took a girl out to dinner once, ordered pizza and found a baked fly on it.
  • Same as above (same girl even, different place) had some other kind of bug.


That is what I remember right off the bat, not to mention all the hairs I can think of indivuially. I found another one just the other day at Mcdonalds.
GO figure.

I\'ve heard people have found a OX eye in a meat pie here in aus... I\'ll never eat a four\'n twenty again.
Also someone once ate a McDonalds Mc Chicken burger and it had a tumor with a huge pus ball. This chick took a bite out of it and had to go to hospital to get her stomic pumped..... I\'ll never eat mc\'ers again.

McDonalds is quality food.. Hey what\'s a hair or pus ball to the great taste of McCrap.

You guys wanna taste something REALLY good. Order a Bigmac and ask for NO SAUCE. Ohh you\'ll love the only FAT taste it has.
