I wonder if he would have been better off suing one company rather than them all.  I mean he has no chance in hell if this goes to jury.  BUt a settlement.  Would he have better odds if he went with one company?  I would bet, slthough I bet those odds are real low.  No one would want to open that can of worms.

Lots of fat people would be coming out to sue if one got through.
