2) I didn\'t delete his post, rather I talked to him in it

But as Bob said, it was the culmination of a lot of shit. Either way it\'s not a permanent ban.

I persoanlly like Luckee, but he did start having a huge chip on his shoulder.  Every other post was why you guys pick on me.  

A lot of his pics did start getting racey.  Porn is very easy to find on the internet.  There is no need to put it here.  By porn I am talking about some of the pics he was posting that had nip and shrub.

The mistake he made with the website I think he got screwed on.  I\'ve written .com many times when typing addresses forgetting it.s .org, .gov, .net.....

Problem is when luckee comes back, oops..  If luckee comes back, he will probably have an even larger chip on his shoulder and may become utterly annoying.  

I hope that\'s not the case.  He had great posts before that chip grew a month ago.

Look guys, he had been warned about some of the material he was posting. I personally didn\'t do the banning or warning, but I do know for a fact that he had been warned about posting pictures of dead animals / partial nudity. He then went onto the anti-ooSeven kick and what not.

As for this whole lordsofpain.net situation. It may of been an honest mistake, but it isn\'t the only reason he was banned. He was banned for constantly goin\' overboard. And it isn\'t even a perment ban, he can come back in one month. INfact, he is more than welcome to come back when that month is over. If he doesn\'t want to, that is his choice.

I honestly don\'t see why everytime someone gets banned why we have to throw huge fits on the boards. You guys forget, that even though quite a few of you are older than 16 there are still members who aren\'t. We have to be careful on what is posted.

mm banned him. If mm and/or any other mods think it was worth the banning. Then its a banning he gets. He can come back in 1 month and all is ok.

Exactly... Everytime someone gets banned people whine. The mods and admins are here to run the board and they have the last word in these sayings. Sure, you can disagree with a banning or whatever, but it\'s not likely to change anything. Live with it.

Another thing, a lot of people act like this was just out of the blue and an irational act. When in reality, the fact is Luckee had been pushing his luck for quite awhile and knew it. I personally have nothing against Luckee, but I could of seen this comin\' from a mile away.

You guy\'s don\'t have to agree with the banning and no one expects you to. Infact, I remember not agree\'ing with the banning of Ethugg and Jumpman. But still, I realize why they was banned. Breaking the already loose rules of this forum all the time.

I take full responsibility for the banishment of luckee, and I have evident information into what lead to all of this.

Don\'t put any of the blame of anyone else but me.

Luckee has this problem that he can\'t abide by simple rules. Is it really that hard to ask not to post pornographic content? I\'m not reffering to that link he posted. Our wall of shame forum (not viewable to the public) is filled with luckee\'s threads and posts.

By him and anyone else who keeps posting pornographic content puts our hosting to risk. We have people of all age groups viewing these forums. We are more than agreeable on certain things. We let most language go, we let most flaming go it\'s own way, and we aren\'t all that strict.

Is it that much that we ask that adult content NOT to be posted here? If anyone has a suitable explination as to why we should allow it, by all means do tell me. But nothing will change our rule about that.

Luckee has been told so many times before to quit what he has been doing. Whether it is his own personal problems with our staff members or his posts. It seems that nothing can get through his thick head. So, it lead to this. A one month banishment from our forums. And I hope he learns from this, that in order to play in our playground, he has to play by the rules. It\'s just as simple as that.

We are more than fair, luckee had more strikes then I think we should have allowed him to have. And it\'s ashamed it had to end this way.
