Personally I prefer Armani - Acqua Di Gio.

Higher from Dior is great too.

I like Cool Water, but I am forced to wear Gravity. It smells alright to me, but the girls love the shit. So I wear it for them.....and for the confused young men...

I always used to wear cologne, stuff like Polo Sport, Cool Water, Tommy, CKB, whatever.. But then I started using scented deodarant, gets the job done IMO.
