Has anyone used Direct Connect

Since I installed Win XP Pro I don\'t have any file sharing program cuz of all the spy ware and crap that is wrong with Kazaa and many other just suck I recently heard about Direct Connect but wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with this first hand?

I tried it, but I didn\'t like it. All the of the hubs had limits of insane gigs, which I don\'t have. Also, my speeds were pretty slow on average (I have cable). They have a new version out that I have yet to try, but I use WinMX instead. Give it a try, it\'s similar to Kazaa.

I\'ve used it, but had trouble connecting and staying connected. But I\'ve heard they\'ve got great stuff.

Another forum I visit started their own hub and they\'ve got some great stuff on there.
I recently discovered that my ass is the key to the universe.....now I must fight to protect my ass from those who might abuse it!!!

Thanks for the info.  I\'m a little weary about installing any file sharing progs after the whole Windows ME meltdown I had.
