Real scientific question I must know the answer !

You know on a cool day you get a "steam" cloud comming from your breath because the air from your lungs is hot and the air is cold.

what happens when you fart on a cold day ...does a steam cloud come out of you bum ?

Wearing pants or no pants?  This is very important..

I never thought of that. Hmm, I\'ll try it when it gets cold.

Just imagine what people would think if they see you bending over farting buttnaked in the middle of winter.


A better question that i have been wondering about for some time. If someone that cant talk is mute, someone that cant hear is deaf, someone that cant move or feel is paralyzed, what is someone that cant smell?

unless it\'s a wet one.  the steam in your breath is moisture, so if you have a wet fart, in theory as long as it isn\'t stopped by your but cheeks, and isn\'t comming out too fast, you should see it.

With pants, I would say no, the material with absord the moisture from your anus.

Without pants, with a clean shot out, meaning you pull your cheeks apart, yes there would be steam.

hmmmmm thats a tough one, a fart comes out faster than if you breather out....

Maybe methane acts differently in air to the carbon dioxide you breathe out. Or maybe you can fart so hard it looks like your arse is on fire!

Someone wil have to try it and post the results. Guess we will have to wait until the winter before we find out for sure.

well I\'ve thought about this myself, now we get a lot of cold days here in Iceland, so I have of course tried to see if there a little cloud when I fart. However I never see one

But I was always wearing pants, when winter comes I\'ll go outside naked and check it out better.

Ok, ooseven, when you breath out, that\'s water vapor thus creating a cloud. When you fart, I think it\'s methane. A different gas so it\'s not going to happen.
