Hi guys, im new in these forums and i would like to ask you a question about avatars. How can i upload one of my own? I searched through the options but i didnt find anything that could help me. Can anyone give me a hand?

They should keep a note pad beside their computer and put a tick mark every post.  

On the 5th post you should put a diagnol line across the previous 4 making it eaier to count.

After you have 100 diagnol lines you have 500.  Easy as pie.
