It used to be that the main principle of Rock\'n\'Roll was rebellion.  Not so much anymore, especially when a corporate entity like MTV is making the decisions.

Sorry to bring back a dead thread....

I watched the video (downloaded), and personally I dont think its bad at all. If Britney Spears can have a song about her being a whore, or "slave". And all these crap rappers can sing songs about gang bangs, drugs, hookers, and sex why cant Disturbed have a building crumble? I just think MTV is pissing me off more and more.

I dunno what you\'re all complaining about anyhow. It\'s not like MTV actually shows MUSIC videos anymore either. Or did they manage to fit one durring the commercial breaks between Jackass and The Real World: The lost, ultra secret, uncensored, out of control, ultra tripped out, G-money, season. :rolleyes:

You like VH1? They have old shows that came from MTV. They both suck ass, IMO.

Radio is the best for me, right now.

Not really.. they jus suck less than MTV because many of their shows actually have something to DO with music.. like One Hit Wonders and Behind the Music.
