Now shut your mouth and erase your thread.

I\'m out.

what happened?  did ya find 2 more cents in yer pocket?

yeah, i like how rap concert promoters PURPOSELY hire extra security.  i like how certain rappers were banned from venues on cities around the country.  rappers promote violence cause they know its sells.  and it sells VERY well.  especially among the middle class white suburban teenager whos only happy to throw down 16$ for a remix of a remix of a dub of a sample with a rhyme layered over it that was actually recorded 6 months earlier.

how can my "views" be wrong?
thats exactly what they are

at least i am secure in my identity, DC
i feel sorry for you in yer teen angst

The funny thing is..they allow violence at rock concerts.

The pit..yup..violence..occurs at almost every concert. Somehow that is looked upon as being ok.

Well, as long as the words don\'t rhyme, the concert is safe, I guess.  *cough*

You generalize WAY to much mm, "bring yo gats out and blazing foo\'s!".

And you say shit bands like Korn and Limp don\'t count.  Well just maybe for a second did you think that their are rap bands that people consider trash too.

Regardless of what "the pit" is all about people get hurt all the time. I don\'t know what\'s so tolerant about elbowing someone else in the head. Maybe if rappers were blazing foo\'s respectfully and just to release tention it would be okay?

Seriously, mm. Slap yourself. How can you not see the double standard that you are arguing?

Bottom Line: Rock and Rap, RULE. Must some people just listen to one form of music?

They both bring different cards to the table, but its all about being a fan of music in general.

Eminem, Korn, Tupac, Linkin Park, Nelly, System of a Down, DMX, Tool = \\m/

First completely generalizing, then speaking as if your opinion is the opinion.  This isn\'t the mm I\'m used to seeing.  Oh, and your age could play a definite factor on what you think of that music. (I\'m not defending that music)
