w00t, 11-5 this week, making me 18-14 overall, not too shaby, if I pick up the pace this week, I\'ll have a good lead in my pool.

BTW: This week\'s power rankings...

With sports being as close as they are,  one play can make the difference.

Even in high scoring sports like basketball.

But if a team puts themselves in a situation where one play can make the difference, then the game isn\'t really in their hands.  If that is the case, then they don\'t deserve to win the game as much as you think they do.

Those power rankings are horrible, by the way.  I\'ll say it here and now, the Giants have a much better team than the Jets this year.  They also have beaten a better team, and looked better in their games.  Yet, for some reason, the Jets are ranked higher.  Go figure.

umm, it\'s gonna take more than 1 win to improve your standings...  keep up the pace and NYG could be up there.

Jets > Giants. Martin isn\'t healthy, the Secondary is young. WHY the Jets gave away their entire Secondary just for cap issues is absolutely amazing. Pure idiocy.

Tony, you ALWAYS hype up the Giants. I expect nothing more than an 8-8 season. We\'ll see in the end, though.

By the end of the season, the Cheifs will have a better record than the Giants. Just a little prediction there :)

See Yuz.
What do Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Matt Clement, and Carlos Zambrano have in common?

They\'re the pieces to the next great pitching rotation of our time, what else?

GO CUBS!

The Giants played very well against two of the NFL\'s best teams.  The Jets were outplayed in their two games.  The Giants secondary is even younger, with Will Allen and Will Petterson.  I see a lot more upside to the Giants than the Jets.

2 best teams? They\'re a combined 1-3. Sure, the potential is there, but they need to prove yet again that they\'re two of the best.

Giants - 8-8. Pure averageness.

The Giants will be much better than last year.  They also have many times the talent of the Cheifs :)

The Giants are pretty formidable, their defense might be in the top 3 in the NFL at the end of the season, and their offense is good enough to put some points on the board.  Collins and Barber are no Faulk and Warner by any means, but they\'re adaquit enough get some scores and let the defense win the games for them.

i havnt been too impressed with warner this year. Faulk is performing normally(his standards, which is very good compared to others)
