whats all this talk about "good taste"??
you people seem to like "fast and the furious" type cars, yet everybody got pissed off when i said it was a better movie that Star wars 2.  and you people keep saying how stupid it is to buy xpensive rims,  cmon if you had the money you probably would too, even if you said you woulnt you would so why the bullshit.

I doubt a lot of these guys would buy something like that Blazer if they had the money.  Nothing against it but its not most of these peoples type of vehicle.

I was merely saying that having money does not equal having good taste (not in reference to your dad\'s rims).

And no, I would never use 15k on rims. Hell, I wouldn\'t even use 5K, but that\'s just me. If that\'s what floats your boat then be my guest.

And on a side note (not directed at you Sirmystiq) - why the hell does saying one\'s opinion on something mean that "you\'re jealous" and crap like that? I don\'t care what something costs, or how much money someone might or might not have - if something\'s gay I\'ll call it gay. It doesn\'t mean I\'m jealous; that\'s BS logic. Personally I never get jealous; I\'m just not built that way.

OK you know what im tired of this thread really, it went from every body posting their rides, to everybody dissing each others cars. But somehow i started all this...i always do...cool. And ok Bozco is right, most of you are like what? 21-55 or something (no dissing intended) and i understand why u dont like it, its not yall style. It probably has to do alot where we live, cuz here rides like that have people killing each other just to get to touch it. and well I like it, no I love it, i woulnt trade it for anything in the world, xcept maybe a tricked out Lincoln truck, but other than that no i woulnt trade it. You keep your fast cars or whatever you dig, I keep the modified, lowered, xpensive rimmed, sound blowing, xbox playing, tinted windowed and more rides. ok? we all cool?

Yeah, we\'re cool. I kinda regret saying some of the stuff I did - if you (and your dad) likes it, then that\'s what counts. Good luck with it.

well to be honest my dad doesnt really like it either, hes 34 years old. See my mom didnt want my dad to buy the blazer, cuz she said we didnt need it since we have a van and a truck. so my dad used the xcuse that hes buying it for me. bout a month some guy ran into the blazer while it was parked outside. he didnt have insurance or license. he was really scared, and he happened to own a body/paint/electronics shop. so instead of us you know "calling" the cops wich we werent but he tought we were. he told us to take it in anyday to fix it up. so we did, thats were it all began. my dad just wanted to paint it. i wante to take advantage of the situation and you know rip off the poor guy. so i went to my dear mom and told her bout how my dad didnt want to take advantage, and you know how moms are, she told my dad that it was my decision cuz well he told her he bought it for me. and my dad gave up and well i had it lowered painted and tricked out with electronics, CD player TV\'s, you know all that good stuff. we then sold the van, and well thats were we got the money to buy the rims. but thats actually all we payed for the rims, and the chromed motor parts.  my dad mostly drives his truck, its  bad ass truck to, i would post a picture, but i dont have a digital camera and youll probably woulnt like it. To be honest i love showin off the blazer round my hood, it just feels good bumpin a loud system while people stare at it (no not because its "ugly" trust me). my X-girlfriend loved riding around with it, so as long as girls are happy with it IM happy with it

i really want to see those rims that keep rolling even when u stop, oh and i would definately spend 13k on rims if i had the cash, hell i would even spend 20k or more , also the blazer was lowered too much.

I dont know who said that im evading somebodys questions or some crap, honestly i dont know what omen or whoever that was that asked me about 13\'s or somecrap. i know we havent modified the motor or anything, xcept chromed it. so no i dont think my dad\'s blazer has NOS. and about them racing SUV\'s, they race cuz they made the SUV\'s to race with. Not because "it looks fast".

Talk about me evading questions, non of you have answered my question, whats so bad about the blazer?

I think Im going to have to call bullshit. If 24\'s are 15k with rubber, then 26\'s which are still rather rare will certainly be more than those..let alone 13k.

Id like to see a pic close up of the 24\'s and the sidewall to prove it. If they are really 24\'s..Im sure you have a pic of them. Same goes for the 26\'s when you get them if not in possesion already. I dont know anybody with big wheels that dont have pix of them..hell, Ive never had bigger than 17" and have always taken pix of my 14\'s..15\'s..16\'s and 17\'s.

if i had a scanner or a digital camera hell yeah i would. and they arent that rare, theyre all over the place here, they were only 13k because we bought them used and one of the rims spin adapter thingy was broken, so we had to buy another one. and i said the other 24\'s were 6 thousand. the pic i posted was when i was in austin at my aunts house, my cousin took a picture to post in his website so he sent the pic about 6 weeks ago to me.
