This is a little off topic, but why are people such babies these days?  Why do we have to "press charges" at every little incident?  What\'s wrong with taking a few knocks to the chin?  I can understand if you\'re just minding your own business and someone comes along and beats the shit out of you, but if you\'re in an altercation with someone and you end up throwing a couple punches, why are you gonna go crying to the cops?

If for no reason, you whacked me and injured me - yes.

If I put a cinder block through your car window, or picked a fight with you, then you have every right to give me a non-hospitalization pounding, in my opinion.

If one is willing to put him/herself into an aggressive situation, then that person should be open to the possibility of bodily harm.  It is pititful that a lot of people are afraid to defend themselves because a mugger might decide to sue.  I\'m not saying that domestic violence, or violence in general is right, I\'m just saying that we are a nation of pussies who need to quit crying about every bloody lip and skinned knee.

I agree and yet disagree. WHile the reporter may have been lacking in class and tact, it doesnt seem to be an agressive situation untill Aldrin made it one.
