I guess it depends how bad you hurt me.  It\'s highly situational, and all of the what ifs, and exceptions are probably why we have all these nonsense lawsuits today.

Quite honestly, if you bloodied my lip or bruised my jaw I would be quite pissed off, but why would I want to attempt to ruin your life and empty your savings account over a wound that will heal in a week?  I can say for sure that I wouldn\'t be hold any further conversations with you!  heh

Maybe Buzz shouldn\'t have hit the guy.  But that guy needs to suck it up and be a man.  Buzz didn\'t slap his wife or kick his dog, he gave him a pop in the chin.  Probably hurt his pride more than anything.

Go Buzz. People who believe we didn\'t land on the moon have been puffin the magic dragon too much. If the rocket took off, there would have been no way to land the space ship. It only could go up. If they ejected, they would have hit the ship. Also, how do they explain the re entry? Bull shit is what it is. We landed on the moon.

not to start an argument, but the answer to that is "orbit".  They could have gone into orbit, and then re-enter.  I don\'t really think we did it or not, I have no opinion, but that is not the greatest argument.
