Need to limit users privledges

Recently I\'ve had someone using my computer, and they\'re a complete novice, and I want to stop them from downloading programs (mostly porn sites, that have dialers...I don\'t want to pay 3 bucks a minute for them to masturbate)

I have him setup with his own account on XP, and myself as the admin.  What do I need to do to stop his ability to download and install programs?

go into user accounts

change his profile to limited

I did that already, but after he was on my comp I checked, and low and behold there was a dialer for some teen porn sight.  I just hope he didn\'t use it.

Well you can do what I did by installing a download prog such as download accelerator and then deny him access to it so he can\'t download anything.  He\'ll get an error message cuz he doesn\'t have sufficient rights.

You need to do what my mom did to me and force him to watch porn for hours and hours on end that oughta fix h.......oh wait that was cigarettes.

ben, I actually think that being forced to watch porn with your mom, might actually work.

Yeah, and you can see what he\'s been doing.  It\'s a cool program.  You can also only allow him to surf the net during certain hours of the day.  It\'s a great program, as long as the kid doesn\'t know any ways around it.  

I hope logan doesn\'t get smart...  Although he has already hacked this forum once so no telling what that kid can do.
