Top ten examples of republican party hypocrisy =)

There are wackos in both parties, but I feel that the Dems lead the pack when it comes to extreme nutballs.

Let me start by saying that I consider myself moderate.  I am pro choice, not religious, but on the other hand very anti affirmative action.  When I see all the programs out there to help minorities live a better life than I do and not have to work for it, it damn well pisses me off.  I paid for my college - certain individuals (based on race) get theirs for free.  They also qualify for special interest rates and loans (for example mortgages), which make their dollar worth more than mine.  Who\'s fault is this?  In my opinion its the Democrats.  Neither party has done anything for me, but the Dems have made it so that being a white heterosexual male means everyone but "me" gets a free handout.

Back to the topic:

The whole Kennedy family is corrupt.  I don\'t know why this country loves to idolize this family.  Maybe they feel bad that Bobby and John were killed?

Here is the biggest nutball in my area - thank god she was voted out of office.  This woman has stated that Bush purposely ignored warnings of the 9/11 attacks for personal gain amongst other things.  Sheesh

Oh lets not forget Gary Condit and Jim Traficant.  Two outstanding Democrats.

I am kind of sad Cynthia McKinney is gone. She was a hoot! I always stopped when she was on C-SPAN. Kind of like a car wreck.

Heh it was sort of entertaining... Neither party is outstanding since they are both controlled by lobbyists.  Special interests are the big factors in DC now a days.  Its a vocal minority who gets their way, unfortunately at the expense of the silent majority.  When certain individuals from this majority speak up they are shouted down by these vocal "militants" and accused of being racist, sexist, whatever...  I remember a Dateline (or 60 minutes) episode a year or so ago that focused on this topic.  A bunch of feminists were so mad about a male speaker on a campus that they organized a protest and literally drowned the speaker out with chanting.  When asked why the man shouldn\'t be allowed to speak - they responded because what he believes is wrong.  Truly pathetic.  So much for the constitution.

If it were funny, I would have laughed.  Plain and simple.  But it\'s not funny, except to the brain dead.  I always enjoy it when people with no sense of humor accuse me of not having one because I don\'t laugh at their jokes.  Conservatives are the most unfunny, yet self-congratulatory people in this country.  How many funny conservative stand up comedians can you think of?  How many funny liberal/progressive stand up comedians?  I rest my case.

Oh please its all a matter of perspective.  One could say liberals are the least humorous people around by pointing out they are always the most politically correct people around.  I miss the good old days of TV when it wasn\'t a crime to be an Archie Bunker.

He can\'t. It wouldn\'t be very PC of him. Eventually, liberals like him will cancel Christian celebrations like Christmas and Easter coz it\'s not PC for us Christians to celebrate our religion in the face of non-Christians.

BTW, Asians are no longer considered minorities. Minorities applying for colleges will be either be "Non-Asian minority" or "Asian". Apparently, MIT and other hard-to-get-in colleges have to place a limited quotas on Asian students. Race is now an issue....but don\'t tell the liberals that.

Right on Gman.  Everything that is anglo, male, heterosexual and Christian is not PC.  It makes me sick.  These are not good times we live in.

As far as that article Ace posted, if you need to ask why it\'s not funny, then you probably won\'t understand the explanation.  It\'s poorly written, disorganized, and internally contradictory.

I will settle on any one topic or issue to discuss, as long as it\'s not abortion.  There\'s no way to sway someone who\'s already made up their mind on that issue, so those conversations always end in disaster.

Since affirmative action seems to be your pet peeve Gman, I\'ll discuss that, but you should be aware that I\'m not entirely in favor of it.  I\'m not a democrat, and I don\'t follow anyone\'s party line.  You\'d be better off picking a different subject.

Man I hate Republicans.  I\'d go as far as to say I hate them even more than I hate Democrats.
