I enjoy the total outcome and adding all the stuff. Not making it myself. I HATE making stuff myself. Not meaning i hate building my own pcs.. but i wouldn\'t wanna build the stuff that i buy for it. Unless i got payed quite a bit, which soon enough i will be ;)

I might not even make a big window, I can get in touch with a guy who\'s apparently skilled with a dremel. I don\'t know who my brother knows him. But I might just design a small logo and have him cut it into my case.

I wonder if any Xbox fans actually did something like that.

Well, I\'ve ordered the IDE cables.. Can\'t get the floopy cable in the color i want right now, but i\'ll keep looking. I\'ve been told i may not be able to use the side panels i want. So mm, how\'d u cut out the panel. Did u do it yourself? or take to to a place to be laser cut?  I know how i can cut the plastic and fit it.. but cutting the panel will be a bytch.

=================

Don\'t worry, figured out how to do it.. I\'ve got all the parts to do it execpt a Dremel, So i\'ll have to wait alittle before i can do it.. :)

i replied to yer PM

i used a jig saw, although you can cut it with a dremmel (will take longer)

try finding a metal shop in the area, they\'ll cut the hole exactly for a couple bucks

they could even make a nice pattern

I replied back,  pretty much said this..

yea, i figured out how to do it about 5 minutes after I pm\'d you.. I\'ll use a jigsaw (have one) with a metal cutting blade and a Dremel for corners. Then I’ll use the Dremel with a metal sander to clean it all up. I’ll use urethane (used in cars to hold in the windows) around the edges to hold the Perspex with some Selley’s Clear bond or window sealer to hold it all in.  I may cut 2 holes in the Perspex to add 80mm fans.

Alot of f\'n around. But i\'ll give it a kewl shape so i guess it\'s all good.

Yea i\'ve found a window mob (not that kinda mob) that may be able to do it for me. Got to find out, maybe they will add it together for me too. Either way i\'m sure i can do kewl designs, with a dremel, corners will be easy. The jig will only be used for straights.

I\'ll use 2 grills over the panel fans.. 2 of these

I\'ll reverse one so the heads are facing each other.. :)
