2) Energy had to be created in the beginning of our Universe. It was the single movement of the first atom that started the flow of Energy - something which can not be stopped nor re-produced. I take Energy as an entity, a dimension which provides life to all living creatures. I could get more in-depth, but let us not slap the other viewers with long sticks of Boredom.
