Rare should come out with a Killer Instinct sequel on xbox!!!!

Does anyone agree?  KI 1 and 2 were two of my fav fighting games i think both games deserve a 128-bit upgraded xbox sequel that would be sweet.  Don\'t you guys think so?:thepimp: :smokin:

Rare has stated they have no plans to release an update to the series, due to the fact that the studio\'s staff is split on how it would be. Some want it to be a sequel 2D style and others want it 3D, until it is resolved they said they would not carry through with another Killer Instinct and it\'s just as well, the second one sucked.

Hmmmmmm.........if thats the fact that  sucks that team split up.  Thats a good point LIC i don\'t know if it should be 2d or 3d interesting point there.  Btw, i liked both of them.:smokin:

I agree with LIC, Killer Instinct for the SNES was much more fun to me.

I owned KI on th\' SNES, and rented KI Gold on N64. The original is better.

As for a KI3, it\'s been 6 years since KI Gold (which was like KI1/KI2 slapped together) and that game wasn\'t even very successful. For multiple reasons, I doubt that you\'ll see a KI3 in th\' near future.

I think rare need to come up with new ideas. I think microsoft will be expecting new ideas and original games from them. That is why they paid all the cash. Not for rehash.
