I asked a question (but not a thread like this) about a program that I can download to see if there is spyware on my computer. Any suggestions for someone with 56k.

its actually ad-aware

but souly put you in the right direction

actually, yer best bet to get rid of spyware is to NOT install every little jackoff program like bonzai buddy/ kazaa / gator etc.

Spybot Search and Destroy is much better than ad aware. It does things ad aware doesn\'t. If you know what Evidence Eliminator is than Spybot Search and Destroy almost does what Evidence Eliminator does PLUS what Ad Aware does.
