ill stat  off after a dissapointing display against valencia, there was the unlucky game against basle.. hitting the woodwork twice in 10 mins.....grrrrrrr owen not playing well, bottom of our group...

then last night liverpool totally ouplayed spartak moscow...... 5-0, and heskey scoring twice, and first goals for liverpool for cheryou and dioa.....

man u also won, and a great goal by veron, though i think hes a great player, not sure if he suits how man u play......

arsenal won again, there brazilian scoring the winer...

and newcastle, bottom of there group, won no games, not they have played badly... but just unlucky.......

well hope this becomes a sticky, and loadsa post s in it..

I think the final stages will have the same old familiar teams.

Yes, I also share your opinion. Anyway I would prefer a single-match per stage, in order to avoid stupid classification leagues that only spend time and energy in the teams.

Yes we did destroy them, Veron\'s goal was sweet, I think we just need to let Veron play where he wants, he is one of the best in the world.

i dunno, i really rated veron, but i dunno though hes a great player im not sure he is suited to man utd..... i dont understand why he bought a midfielder who plays where paul scholes does, then move p. scholes gehind the striker..... why not just buy a player that naturally plays behind the striker and keep scholes where he plays best......
