I hear releatives call me,  I come to them,  they say,  its is not me.

Listen closley to the voice though,  you can tell it is not coming from the real owner.

That has happened to me a few times when I was really tired laying in bed with the light still on, but it\'s a lot more than just my name.  My mind had a short conversation (1 or 2 sentences long), in someone else\'s voice (or multiple peoples\' voices), saying completely non-sensical things.  I then would snap out of it and say, "What the heck?  That made no sense."  I just figure that I am beginning to dream while still awake.

I wish I could remember an example, but like most dreams, I forget these wierd awake-dream conversations shortly after I have them.  All I know is that I like to have them because they are so nonsensical it\'s funny. :)

That was quite possibly the answer to my "experience", though the so called wind was in the room, right behind me. There were no windows in the room in question, as it was designed to be used as a darkroom.

I admit that I too occasionally hear voices. I guess I\'m really tired or something when I hear them.

I think I\'ve had that sort of thing happen to me, you wake up, and someone is leaning over you.

I just put it down to a bad dream. It\'s hard to get back to sleep for a while. There have been times where it has unnerved me so  much that I don\'t even bother trying to get back to sleep, I just switch the TV on and watch whatever is on.

for a while our band\'s studio was in the building attached to the one I work in. It used to be a mental hospital/old people\'s gome from the 1900\'s. Even the courtyard out front has "WHEELCHAIR HOME FOR INCURABLES" engraved in stone above the doorway...
Anyhoo, I was reahearsing with some headphones on while the other guitar player was botching his tracks in the studio downstairs. I swear I heard something, so I looked up and there was nobody there. I paused, and it sounded like a far away woman\'s voice saying, "kyy-lllle, KY-le" in the headphones (kyle being my name)

I freaked out so f*cking bad that I had to run outside.. The room I was in used to be a shower or an autopsy room, all tile, and old fixtures on the wall. Creepy.

once, when I was very young (6 or 7), I recall waking one morning to a figure sitting on the edge of my bed looking right at me... I had just woken up, ,so my eyes didn\'t fully focus,  but I got so freaked out I pulled the covers over my head and violently kicked the crap out of my sheets in the general direction of said apparition... not feeling any contact being made, I peered over the covers and it was gone. The door had been closed the entire time.

I also have had some experiences of hearing voices from time to time back then as well... my childhood home was ca-reepy.

I\'m sure I posted this story before but anyways when I was about 10 years old I was laying in my bed watching TV. Anyways I felt someone touch my shoulder and when I blinked  while about to turn my head my body froze. I couldn\'t open my eyes or anything. I was so damn scared. I could hear movement in my room and was scared as hell when I couldn\'t scream. I could actually hear my breath rushing out my mouth when I tried to scream. Eventually I was able to move and I screamed. My parents came in and couldn\'t tell what the hell was wrong with me. They let me stay in their room that night and I couldn\'t sleep because I could see lights moving around in my room. This happened about 3 times at that house.

My roommates and I are convinced that the house we were staying at earlier this year was haunted. At first we were a bit shook when we heard movement in the basement. This was werid because the basement door that goes outside has like 4 loks and all of the windows are boarded up. We walked outside and around the house to see if there were any openings or anything for an animal to get in. We found nothiing. Anyways this happened again later that week and we got up the nerve to go check it out. When we opened to door we almost jumped out the window when we saw a black cat coming up the stairs towards us. We told the landlord and she sent an exterminator(we don\'t know why). He went in the basement and said that there were no animals down there and that there were no ways for animals to get ddown there. We were officially shook. We decided to lock up the basement and not go down there at all. Apparently this was not to be. For some strange reason every night around 10-11:00 all of the lights would go out due to a blown fuse.

We would be fine with that if we had a TV/computer or anything running at the time. The TV\'s were unplugged and we didn\'t even have a computer. We always had to go downstairs to flip the switches in the fusebox. Horrible.

The worst encounter happened a month or two afterwards when I was up really late watching a movie. I saw a shadow walk from the bathroom to my roommates room. That was no big thing. I didn\'t think anything off it until I didn\'t hear my roommates door open and/or close. He has one of those creaky ass doors that annoys everyone. I slid me chair back so I could see his door and there was no one there. The next morning I was talking to him and (without me mentioning the shadow) he told me he had a really weird dream where his girlfriend woke up screaming because there was a dude in the room and the dude lunged at him and scratched his neck. Would you believe me if I told you he had a scratch on his neck? When I told him what I saw that night he looked visibly scared. The next week we moved out of the house. I\'m sure some of you guys don\'t believe this story; but it is all true. I have never had a scarier experience in my LIFE.

OH HOW COULD I FORGET. My roommate had a heavy ass trunk that we put in front of the attic door because it was out of the way. The attic door was wedged shut and required A LOT of force to open anyway so we didn\'t care. Anyways, we put this heavy trunk in front of a door that was wedged close. Can some one tell me why on several occasions we found the trunk pushed away from the door and the door open? One of my friends tried to say it was the wind. I have never seen wind that came through only the attic windows and was powerful enough to move damn near 30-40 pounds like nothing.

The X-Files.  My dad was telling me the other day that he was working inside a customer’s roof with he\'s apprentice. When they suddenly got a breeze of cold air go past them. They both we\'re breathing fog out of their mouths then it passed and was warm again. This roof was around 40c, it was not cold or even a cold day. Freaky.
