People in general are really rude, especially if they can sense that you are not from around there.

But eh, Back to baseball -- GO TWINS!
What do Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Matt Clement, and Carlos Zambrano have in common?

They\'re the pieces to the next great pitching rotation of our time, what else?

GO CUBS!

People from the south are generally more nice.  My math teacher came from the bronx to here and he admitted they were failrly rude up north.

Oh, yeah the pace of living is different up there, people don\'t care how you are feeling one day compared to another, down here or at least in most other parts of Texas(I live in a Military community) U get a friendly hi or a gesture of some sort, hell you can make conversation with someone you don\'t even know, its not like that up the east coast.

How long did you live here, and did you forget everything since then?  That isn\'t at all true.  The people where I live are much more friendly than those I\'ve seen in Texas.  Hell, it isn\'t like that anywhere in New York that I\'ve seen, not even in the city.  Get upstate though, especially, and you are dead wrong.  As for Texas, I\'ve sent considerable amounts of time in Austin and San Antonio over my life, and I find it to be just the opposite.

Then again, you are from Jersey, correct?  That might explain it

You\'ve mentioned it at least 4 times that I can think of right now.  If you have 400 posts already, then that is sad :)

And yeah, those are sorta mine.  I\'m one of 2 active staff members there.  It\'s seen better days though :(
