so i heard a basketball anaylsis say something funny, and decide to make a thread out of it.  So, in here, if there is anything you wouldl ike to say about basketball and why it has such low ratings....indulge!

He has a valid point..put it this way...

Bill Gates gets divorced...the judge will set child support and alimony payments at some astronomical number..why..not b/c he has the money persay(sp?) but b/c of the standard of living his wife and children are used to.

Even more realistic for most of us... say you make 40k a year..think of the adjustment you would have to make nowadays if you were only making 25k or 30k.
