Rastalant was once removed from Console Discussion. However, after a short time and a few dozen of his PM\'s, people folded and decided that he should be let back in and given a second chance to redeem himself. After a few weeks of posts, he became his old obnoxious self again and was subsequently removed, yet again, from console discussion.
Now, a few weeks after he was removed, I decided to give him a third chance by setting up a rather impossible task for him. Read Dajo\'s post to see what I mean.
Knowing that this was impossible and letting it fester for another week, I decided to give him a more remedial task:
"I want you to post a letter of apology in the main forum apologizing to all the members, the mods, the admins, and the general community on this board. I want the letter to be fully grammatically correct and spell checked to your fullest ability. If the letter is satisfactory, I will restore your status, but you will be placed on probation and each of your posts will be mailed to my address as they happen."
As you can see, this small, simple task was just far beyond his abilities as a person. He claimed that he was "too busy with women" to do it correctly. He said that his "computer had a virus" and he couldn\'t spell check a word. He also said that he couldn\'t make it to a library to use the Internet and their word processing programs to successfully produce what I had asked for because he was "too busy working" despite the fact that he owns and has played all these games and all these systems.
Until he completes the task that I set forth, there will be no rastalant in console discussion. If you believe I am being unfair, take a look at the first post in this thread and tell me if that is the object of total sincerity.
