While the Pio Elite\'s are universal players and awesome in general the one in luckee\'s price range, the 45a, has the chroma bug. :(  If I wanted to spend $400 on a 480p player I\'d go for the rp-91 or the rp-82.  Both of which play dvda and don\'t have the chroma bug.  If you must have both HD audio formats I\'d buy a seperate player for sacd.

The DVP range is fine for the quality and the price. Everything goes through a scaler here anyway so there not much point in having anything better.

I don\'t know that much about all that sorta stuff, dad is the expert.
