change the re log in time settings

i can be here for llike a hour, and have to log in about 3 times, cos after ive sat and wrote a post/thread, i get told my log in time has run up...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, i know its for more security, but cant it be reduced a bit more???

btw i think what kopking meant was to "increase it a bit more"

i have cookies, and i get it way more than every 30 mins, or at least put a timer so you know how long you have been logged in, cos its annoying writing something, then getting logged out and having to re log in
