Thats fricken freaky...but since it is the scifi channel\'s website they couldve made the film.

I ve checked it in slow motion.It passes really fast near the helicopter.It looks very real.

That is pretty freaky.  I haven\'t decided for myself whether it\'s a fake or not.  Some of the problems people posted are:

1.  After the object zips from behind the tower, the cameraman follows it.  He gets it in frame, and then zooms OUT.  Possibly because they "knew" the object was going to do a flyby maneuver next?  Why else would you zoom out?  To establish scale, or what?

2.  When the object does the flyby, the helicopter engine noise drops down to nothing, and then gradually comes back up.  I don\'t think this is a real problem, in fact it makes the film seem a little more realistic.  If the camcorder has an auto record level circuit, then when the record level is briefly pegged, the apparent background noise would drop out and you would only hear the loud noise, whatever that is.

If it IS a fake, it\'s a difficult fake.  Registering a digital object in the correct position with all the camera movement would not be easy.

BTW:Also it seems as if she pointed to the right before the object went that way.
Also considering its behind the tower its size must have been huge for not anyone else notticing it.Especially people inside the tower.But there was never any fuss about it.

I do beleive in UFOs though because I ve seen some unknown flying objects myself.

Very cool footage. It seems kind of scripted to me. I don\'t know how to explain it but the little that is said on the video sounds acted. I frame by framed the footage and it strikes me as 3D.

I was just thinking, before sept 11 wasnt there a no fly zone in the WTC area? I paused it while it did its oh so convenient fly by, it kinda looks like the saucers from Independence Day

That could really be anything.  I wouldn\'t jump to conclusions.

One of the comments there makes sense.  If you compare its size to the WTC when it\'s near it, it looks like it would be at least about 20 feet long.  However, if you stop it on the frame when it is nearest the helicopter, it looks like it would barely be pushing half that size.
