You can die by getting your balls pulled? That\'s news to me. Anyways, she must of really hated the guy if after he was dead she beat him down with a stone. She probably grabbed the first thing she could of and went crazy on him with it.

I\'m a little suspicious of whether this was even rape or not. She\'s 50, he was 22, and she killed him. Something\'s not right...

in addition, there are 8 types of shock;
Respiratory, Neurogenic, Cardiogenic, Hemorrhagic, Anaphylactic, Metabolic, Psychogenic, and Septic.  This guy suffered from Hemorrhagic Shock.

this has been my informative post of the day.

*edit, I miss read the article.  i thought he had his balls ripped off, so he didn\'t die of Hemorrhagic Shock, he could have died from Psychogenic Shock though.
