Go to http://www.zdnet.com or http://www.downloads.com and do a serch for pop-up stopper.They will have a few to choose from.

Run Ad-aware also to make sure you don\'t have any spyware in the registry causing extra popups..

If they bother you that much, use Mozilla. You can turn them off on there.
