why would americans only talk about football, baseball and basketball when none of these were invented by a american....do they mean what is popular?  football was invented somewhere in europe, basketball was invented by a canadian and if i am not mistaken....baseball (gayball) was invented somewheres in mexico or spain or something....

What the hell??  So Americans can only talk about a sport if it was developed in America?  Does this means you can\'t discuss movies from Hollywood since they weren\'t made in your country, or videogames that were made in Japan?

Sorry for arguing but I had to say something about this..
