well ive been sick the lst few days, flu, though been feeling like shit since sun, but still ent in work mon and tues, got ready for work, just b4 went out checked the post, letter from work, basically it said terminated with immediate effect.
i really couldnt believe it, i was stunned, i rang up, the boss is a right bastard, and asked him why, he said ive taken to much time off sick, and my cad work not up to scratch.
well ive only took like 5 days off sick all year, one when i almost broke my ankle, then went to doctors, and had to come ion though in large amounts of pain, the other when i went to a and e, (remeber the bouncy castle incident) was in there half the day, but still managed to come in, but took the next day off, if i remeber corectly, cos the docs all touching it set it off bad, and the other 2 days when i had the flu, there may be one or two more that i dont remeber
as for the work, that just bullcrap, i know im good at cad work (design) btu the fact is for the last few months it feels there has been no work for me to do, plus when there is, the measurements ( as was doing office layouts etc) were all wrong, or they miss out the measurements i nedded to do it.
im mnot to pissed cos i didnt really like the job, when i was busy was ok, thought some peep in the office were not very nice, there was like no work to do most of the time, and they ****ed my pay.... grrrrrrrrrr
can they terminate my contract with no notice?? ive been there like 11 months
they said they was gonna send me on 3dcad course, they never did
