Eisenhower agreed that Japan was already defeated.

I howly doubt finishing Japan off would cost 250,000 American lives,  its just like what they said back in Vietnam,  you don\'t go out there and fight they\'ll take us over.  Of course we know that is not true.

Well, Japan did SMOKE Russia in the War of 1905. Then again, the Machine Gun and Russia\'s weak government situation probably had something to do with that.

1 and 3...yeah, you\'re probably right. 2, probably not. What would Russia want with Japan -- it\'s just another sea port that they\'re not goona use, anyway. Then again, i\'m probably wrong. EDUCATE MEH!

Do you people really have that hard of a time following directions?

Start a new thread or PM the person you disagree with and respect the wishes of the Gohan.

Yes, becuase we ALL need more off-topic spam, don\'t we?

That makes no sense. What the hell\'s the point of creating a topic if you don\'t want anybody to post back. Senseless.

How is it spam?

There is PM.

It makes perfect sense if you go back and read what the point of the thread is. It didnt state not to post, but rather..."(This is a thread for people to list some of their controversial beliefs which may be offensive to others not to attack someone for their beliefs. If you disagree with someone take it up with them in a PM or start another thread called "Controversial Belief Disagreements" or something)"

So I guess the answer to my original question is yes, at least when it comes to you anyway.

kool finally a thread for me!!

1.) like everyone else said, i think the US government is the most corrupt and evil one of them all. why because i think they planned the whole terrorist attacks. They make people choose what they government wants, but people think they chose it. theres no such thing as "freedom of speech". and last but not least they wont admit theres aliens.

2.) White people are not the "majority" anymore

3.) Ja rule cant act or rap.

4.)Kirsten dunst is one ugly female.

and finally

5.) MGS2 was not all that

well thats it i can feel the bashing coming soon.............
Don\'t try to confuse me with what you call  facts, my mind is already made up.

Not too deep but anyway.

- Anna Kournikova is one ugly bi*ch (seriosly if I woke up next to that I would feel shame...Penélope Cruz on the other hand, she is soo beautiful)

I always love when I\'m the exception.

So basically, this topic is about posting stuff that could be found offensive, but then not stickin\' up for it when somebody questions you in front of everybody else in order to guard your own prestige and personality? THAT\'S what doesn\'t make sense.

I think some of the reasoning behind all of that is b/c with everything that can anger/offend, this thread would get quite messy.

I agree with square maker except about the asteroid. Even though it is highly possible, I don\'t believe it because they\'d be panicing in the government and in NASA. Who knows. Besides, they\'d probably have some kind of anit asteriod missle or something :)
-(before anyone thinks i\'m crazy, just hear what I have to say) Crop circles are an excuse for the government to try and make a new weapon. Think about it. Military choppers heard and seen in the middle of the night, radiation, hollow crops and seeds, government payed people to destroy them, a lot of shuttle missions (which are funded mainly by the government). I think the government has some kind of test weapon in space and are testing it in crop fields. It might be a new weapon of mass destruction in early stages.

I think there really is a way to keep hair from ever growing back, but the razor companies are paying scientists from releasing this magic potion.

Ever hear of Epilstop and spray? That keeps your hair from growing for like 3 months  Anyway, there\'s probably a cure for AIDs but pharmasutical companies are trying to keep it from people. Same with cancer. I say the government should force those companies to release that shit. It should be a law that if it can save your life, it must be released to the public and it must be sold at an affordable price.

EDIT: Right after posting this about AIDs, a popup for aidscureherbal.com popped up. Everytime I mention AIDs, it comes up.
