I would go with Kurt on this one. As far as the disk being read from the middle out. That may be the case fro audio CD\'s butnot for DVD\'s. Think of it this way. The initial loading of the game might be near the middle, but the settings, options, or any other information it needs to diplay may be in a completely different place.(Like the outside) Kind of like your hard disk. It saves information all over the friggin place.
Actually, come to think of it. You cant return video games, just trade them out for a different one. Maybe you can find someone with a fresh receipt and payed with cash.
