He announced it at his second star-studded birthday bash on Broadway last night (Monday).

His business partner Jameel Spencer recently told a US press agency Puffy has become concerned that political powers are ignoring what he calls \'Urban Americans\', meaning city and suburban kids who have embraced the rap culture.

According to his lawyer, he is now running a Puff Daddy campaign for the top position. His lawyer says it\'ll be an inspiration for his fans.

i doubt a single while person in america voted for him, and being that african americans only make up less than 15% of the total american population, it was hopeless
