Does anyone know how to make free phone calls with the internet?

buddy phone is kewl. it\'s not really like calling.. but it does allow u to hear the other people etc like a real phone and talk back..

Only FREE thing to do with phones i\'ve seen was the SMS service icq had/has.... Just ask sammy. He LOVED my sms messages.

Is there a way to call people with your computer on a cable modem, so that you don\'t have to have phone service???

u used 2 be able to do it on MSN, but im dont think it still werks

THere use to be dialpad.

There was another one that I can\'t remember.  It rocked.  You put your number in and the person you are calling\'s number in.  It then called you, told you to hold, and it then called the other party.  You got a three minute call right away and after that you just had to click on the site once a minute to keep it going.  

I used it exclusively for about a year and I think they went down when all the internet companies failed.
