Gametrigger isn\'t about the activeness, it\'s about the soul. :)(ok, so that was just an excuse for being really slow, but we have some great members and topics there. Activeness isn\'t an issue there because no one expects it to be booming like this place).

Oh, and N64cc sucks. I used to post there like in 2000(back when mm was a regular there, remember mm!). I left there and came here in Sept 2000. I can\'t believe that shit-hole is still open.(no offense though)

And TeamXbox isn\'t that bad. I have about 500 posts there starting from Jan2001. The off-topic there sucks the big one, but the console debating part is pretty good.

I thought I remembered you from somewhere.

The fact is, if you were there in 2000, you probably weren\'t there at the best time.  THe fact is, the cc was down for a good 9 months or so.  Why did it come back?  Because so many people liked it so much, and even after that amount of down time, they cared about the place enough to come back there, when we had nothing, and were trying to reopen, and try to help rebuild the place to what it once was.  We aren\'t all the way back, and probably never will be (since it\'s on a site based on a dead console), but it still is fun to post at, and see all the old members we once knew.  Besides, it is more active than Gametrigger is.  And much like gametrigger, the site is about the soul.  If it were about anything else, there\'s no way the place would even be up right now, much less have as many active posters as it has.

You\'re damn straight I wasn\'t there at the best time, although that might be arguable. These two wannabe "thugz" called Viper and supersmart annoyed the hell out of me. I came back later on, and they were even worse. They even closed every single topic at the board at one point. :rolleyes:

I took at looked around there just a second ago, and it still seems to lack something that I can\'t quite put my finger there.

Well, any help would be great, if you can figure out what\'s wrong.  Viper is long gone.  He barely even posts at Renegade anymore.  Supersmart was posting for a while at the cc, and was actually a very good member while he was, but he left a month or so ago.  Platy, who you also might know, posts there every once in a while, but none of those 3 have any power.  The admins now are really myself and Alex (Eyeball Toothball/Mr. EAD).  Yeah though, that Renegade group really ruined things at one point.  That\'s all over and done with now though.

I agree that the board is a bit slow.  I\'ve also found that I don\'t feel like posting that often over the past month, I\'ve let my posts per day drop from 11 a day at one time, all the way to 9 something now.  Oh well, I know my enthusiasm will return shortly and I\'ll be spamming and raping like it\'s go\'n out of style :D

Hell, I\'ve been a regular here for almost 2½ years. More than once I\'ve thought about leaving; yet there\'s something that keeps me here. Perhaps it\'s just all the memories or the people I\'ve talked to in the years past. Or perhaps it\'s just something else completely. I really don\'t know for sure - either way, I keep coming back, so it can\'t be all bad.

BTW guys, I\'m afraid I have to delete your blatant advertising links. ;)
