Who\'s been watching Steven Spielberg\'s Taken?

I have been watching Taken on the SciFi channel for the past week now and it is awesome, I\'m just wondering if anyone else knows what I\'m talking about and has been following along? What do you think of it?

I watched the first episode, and gave up on it.  It\'s just a rehash of the same old alien abduction shee-it, except this time with incredibly crappy actors.  I couldn\'t believe how boring and redundant the first episode was.  I was really looking forward to it, but my time is too important to me to waste on a sprawling poorly written pile of sh1t like this.  Can you tell I didn\'t like it?  

BTW just watch "Firefly" on Fridays on FOX instead.  It\'s an awesome show without all the grandiose self-importance.

I tried to watch it...but couldn\'t keep it on for more then 2 minutes.  

The previews looked great but the scenese I\'ve watched are boring.

Maybe if I sit down with it for 30+ minutes I can get into the plot etc

Question: why is it called Steven Spielburg\'s Taken?  Isn\'t he just producing it?

firefly is a piece of shit, watched the premiere and that was enough for me.  

as for taken, in moments its great, and in others terrible
its worth watching at least
