My GTA:VC experience
« on: December 10, 2002, 05:44:17 PM »
I\'m still very early in the game but thought I\'ll like to share some of my experience with you guys, some of it pretty funny!

(1) Guardian Angel - this mission really piss me off, getting on the bike and chasing the other bike down the narrow alley is disastrous especially with so many ramps placed there which spell instant disaster. Then I noticed that the bike always turns back to the outer main road on the left after awhile. Instead of chasing him with the bike, I use the bike to go out of the alley to the main road quickly and hike a car and wait for the bike to turn back. Once I see him, just ran him over with the car!!!! Easy job!! Pheeww!

(2) Two Hit Bits - I thought I need to take out the entire Haitian gang there(didn\'t see the gang lord limo initially) and die like 10 times or so. Later I spot the limo and gave chase. But I need to crash him with 3 or 4 different cars( I changed cars when I mine was about to blow up and continue the chase) before the limo crashes and the gang lord leaves the car and I ran him over again. :)

(3) Sir, Yes, Sir - the easiast mission IMO so far coz I did it on take one!! I use my car to ran over the soldiers on one side but they didn\'t bother me so I continue to chase with my car, but it blows up. So I left the car and gave chase on foot!! This because there wasn\'t any car in sight at that time and I was running side by side with the soldiers/trucks/tank by foot!! Finally they stopped at a junction or something and I just get into the tank and blast away. My fav mission so far, there\'s nothing like blowing up a town with tanks!

(4) Demolition Man - another mission that piss me off. I didn\'t realized you can kill the people with the RC heli\'s blade initially, so I get thrash all the time, later when I discovered this and after much pratice with the controls, i managed to make it with not many seconds left.

(5) Phomn Penh - another aggravating mission. Aiming with the joypad is tough!! This mission would have been easy if it\'s play with a mouse!

(6) Pizza Boy - After commiting so many crimes, I decided to earn an honest living and deliver pizza instead. However, it makes chiken feed and the pizza shop boss is always nagging me to deliver the pizzas. So I went back into the shop and blow his head off with a well aim shot from my Ruger. Watch blood spatter from his neck!!!

Well, there\'s some of the most memorable missions from me.

I\'ll probably be playing this the whole of next month and beyond. Don\'t have much time to spend with games!
