souly is this the GA-7VAXP ultra or the GA-7VAXP 1.0 ? either way its a great mobo, and if i decide to go with AMD as my next processor then this is gonna be my choice for a mobo.

It\'s not the ultra. The ultra is abit too extreme really, it costs 65 bucks more and the only thing i can tell that it has over the 7vaxp is the Silicon Image sil3112A controller. The ultra is missing connectors. My boards revision is 1.1 not 1.0.

I have all the optional crap too

If u do get either board.. get the latest revision.. 1.0 has problems with some processors.. The voltage is too high or too low. The latest bios is meant to fix the problem. but with 1.1 u won\'t have to worry either way.

cool board, i was going to get the 7VAXP also, then i figured i wasn\'t going to be using the RAID feature, so i went with the 7VAX.
what other stuff you got in your box? like cpu and vid card?

btw, my 7VAX was $89 USD at a local computer shop
