How should I relax?

Friends, teachers, etc say I need to relax. I don\'t get it. I\'m too stressed out they say. But I am a lazy bastard with nothing to get stressed out about, which makes my stress peculiar. But I guess I just need to do things to relax.

What suggestions (other than masturbation, weed, pot, marijuana, cocaine, coke, cookoo-ca-choo, etc, alkyhaul, etc) can you make to keep me from dying from stress at a young age?

My parents are getting divorced- and I have been stressed alot, having my father die as a young age, and losing my 2nd father, it is tough for me. Try just being with your friends and family, just relax and try to find something to occupy yourself to try to take whatever it is off of your mind.

I definently agree with running.  It calms the mind and makes you feel better about yourself when you get in shape.
