yup, about damned time too, geting sick of my old one. Been planning on the Ericsson T68 for quite some time but decided to go with the Nokia 6610. It\'s got a better screen and more nice stuff although it lacks bluetooth for some reason.

Anyhoo, here\'s a pic.

I am going to look for one today,  im thinking a motorola V60 or that one Nokia 6600 i think it is?  Any suggestions?

I\'d stay away from Motorola\'s, I find their UI\'s to be horrid to say the least. And they have a tendency not to use standards and going with their own solutions for example instead of using the T9 predictive Text Messaging they went with their own iTap, everyone else uses T9.

I highly reccomend the 6610....hell I just bought one :p
Ericsson\'s and Siemens are also very good choices. The Euro cell phones IMO are usually nicer than the American ones.

I have one.  I use it to talk to people.  It works great.  I dial the dude on the other end picks up his phone and we talk.

Oh yeah, it was free.

sweet phone. I went to get a phone and they wanted a $500 deposit. I asked them why and they said it was because I have limited credit. Granted, I don\'t have any credit cards with a limit over $500, but I pay my bills. It\'s funny, GMAC will let me lease a $27,000 truck with nothing down, but they wont let me sign up for a service that costs $30 a month.

quite cool thread, though i own a mobile, i dont lik them, well more the users, i use my discreet, and its always in my pocket, unless im using it.. i hate peep when your out showing there mate what tunes there phones has etc etc

The same point which made to change B&W TVs to Colour TVs... if you take pictures and movies with your cell phone, you will like to see them in colours; if you play games, they\'re better in colours; if you surf the net with the latest mobiles (till 33.3 kb) you will like to watch the webs in colours... so and so and so... The next I purchase, it will be in colour of course.

Also it\'s an MMS capable phone, like an advanced SMS, I can insert sounds and images into my messages. This phone has a camera addon, so I can snap pics and send it to somebody.
