I think they have a point.  Cloud killed Aeris.

Ripped str8 from the ff7 squaresoftmessage board

It is my firm belief that Cloud killed Aeris. The way I figure, anytime you see just Cloud and Sephiroth interacting, it\'s just Cloud\'s schiztophrenia acting up. No one else is around when Aeris is killed and Sephiroth just comes in out of nowhere and disappears without a fight.

 to tell yo the truth Sephiroth didnt kill Areis , it was a clone of him, he is trapt at the crater. but hey, thats my opinion.

 Yeah, I know it\'s never the real Sephiroth you see running around. It just seems a little too convenient when "Sephiroth" come flying in, slays Aeris and then takes off. Cloud shows "Sephiroth" tendancies elsewhere in the game and it\'s not exactly a leap figure he was under that influence when he killed Aeris.

 cloud could be the medium , or the projecter for the Sephiroth Clone, maybe the sword is just hovering there, and cloud is creating the illusion

 Oh, I think Cloud _believes_ Sephiroth did it. Just as he figures Sephiroth does everything that Cloud\'s Sephiroth-personality does.

One of Sephiroth\'s clones killes Aeris.  \'Tis simple.  :)

Although it is an interesting theory, but isn\'t backed up anywhere else in the game.

Well if u like a videogame with good story and great music, u should try it... but dont except to be impressed by the graphic, its 1997. If your friends masturbate to it, thats their problem, but peeps in general will at least agree it is a good game :)
