Shockey didn\'t do what Owens did at the end of the game.  And Shockey has always backed up his talking with his play.  Like he said, he wasn\'t going to start talking til the Giants got going, and he didn\'t.  Shockey and Owens are COMPLETELY different.  Don\'t even make that comparison.  Shockey is a great, hard nosed, tought player.  Owens is a thug, and an asshole.

Yes, my 3 most hated players in NFL are Sapp, Owens, and Shockey.

As for Owens, if I saw him right now, I would punch him in the face, as hard as I could.  I don\'t give a shit what happens to me after that, as long as I get my shot in.  I hope he gets absolutely raped by the Bucs in the next round.  Those plays with Shaun Williams were the only times I ever wished for: a) a player to totally get his ass kicked in an all out fight on the field, and b) for a player to suffer a career ending injury in the near future.  I am still hoping for the second.

Word.

After watching his bullshit throughout the end of that game, for the first time, I was wishing that Shaun Williams would rip off his own helmet and use it as a weapon to Owens\' head.

Yeah, here\'s a question for all of you answer-bearing Niners fans, why wasn\'t Owens tossed, and Williams was? Skill or not, that was pure shit by Owens, and the fact that he wasn\'t tossed is BULLSHIT. I\'ve never been so pissed off by a game that had has no meaning to me. Ever.

There were so many things wrong with the way that game ended that it wasn\'t even worthy of being called a Professional Game in the end.

As for Tony, man, you\'ve had one hell of a streak going as far as football wins goes. The one weekend I jump on the bandwagon, this atrocity of an ending happens. Yeah, this just might be one of the reasons why I like College more than Pro -- Terrell Owens.

Stealing a line from Tony, I too have never been more of a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan in my life, and I personally hope that Ronde rips TO a new asshole.

See Yuz.
What do Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Matt Clement, and Carlos Zambrano have in common?

They\'re the pieces to the next great pitching rotation of our time, what else?

GO CUBS!

Exactly.  The fact that this was called a professional game disgusts me.  The end of that thing, with Owens and Williams was absolutely horrible.  Owens instigates it twice, and Williams gets tossed.  ****ing bullshit.

Nothing, and I mean nothing would be more satisfying right now than seeing Ronde Barber end Owens career.

It doesn\'t really matter because Bucs would school either team.

If the Giants would of acted cool they could of got some yards, instead they screwed up and played the same game as Owens - which was fighting. That is yet another reason they lost the game.

Defending your teammates?  Please.

Have you ever played team sports LIC?

And I can just picture Lynch teeing up on Owens now. :)

Barber owns Jason Seahorn.  This will not be the walk in the park Owens had tonight.

You have no idea what you are talking about.  I can say that with total confidence.  "Defending your teammates?  Please."  Yeah, **** you too.  You have absolutely no idea what that is like.  Owens picked fights with Giants on two consecutive plays, and wasn\'t tossed.  That is a crime.  If I were Shaun Williams on the second play, I would have knocked him down, then made sure he didn\'t get back up.  And yes, it is defending your god damn teammates.

Shock, I had a lot more respect for you in the sense I didn\'t think you took things so damn personal on the boards. That level has dropped within this thread, as you are easily upset over a friggin\' ball game. Yes, it was just a ball game and it\'s all opinions. Sign off the boards, take some valium and come back.  A fresh perspective may help you calm down.

I\'m glad you had respect for me.  And if that respect drops, then oh ****ing well.  I\'m pissed, I need to vent, I\'m here.  You don\'t like it, don\'t respond.

And I don\'t take things personal on the boards, by the way.  I\'m just pissed off in general, and that is being shown here.  Post in any other thread, and I will be posting as I always do.

I don\'t get how Owens talking trash to the players is any different than Shockey talking shit.  Only difference is that Shockey did it in the beginning when the tensions weren\'t so on the edge.  Owens did it at the end when people jumped on him.  Both were wrong.  Just one is on the team you like.
