It\'s not just any cold weather team Vid.  The Bucs have a history of choking in cold games.  They\'ve won one game in uder 40 degree weather, and that was in Chicago.  Plus, although they may not always practice in the cold, the Phili players live in it, while the Tampa ones don\'t.  They are just more used to it, and it does make a difference.  It gives them a bit of an edge.

the buccs gotta hope to god brad johnson fights through his hurt back. Cuz knowing the eagles D, they will pop brad johnson pretty hard a couple times. Im gunna have to go with the eagles cuz i think the eagles offense can produce better against the buccs D than the buccs O can produce against the eagles D.

Well, no matter what it will be a fun game to watch that\'s for sure.

I sure wish I knew how Vapor felt about the game....

I\'ll watch the game - but I won\'t watch the superbowl this year. Niner\'s are out..Jet\'s are out. No reason for me to even watch it, as none of them teams left strike my interest. I had one of my vacation days scheduled for it, but canceled it once both teams was out.
:(

Oh well, maybe next year?
(Would love to see Pingleton get \'the ring\' so soon..)

The bucs d will stop donavon and the eagles running game.  if alstott had a game like he did against the 49\'ers, the bucs will win.

I could never see myself not watching the super bowl, no matter who\'s in it.  I\'m pulling for the Eagles from here, since they\'ll be my home town team in a year :).  That, and McNabb is one of my favorite players in the NFL.  Orangemen rock.

By the way, looks like good news for the Eagles.  It\'s only 15 degrees out, which is colder than expected.  This should be fun :)

And this is one thing I don\'t get.  Don\'t both teams have to play in the cold?  I could have sworn that both teams play on the same field.  WHy do they always rag on southern teams when they have to play in the cold.  It\'s not like the eagles players practice outside or anything.  And they only play in a few cold weather games each year so its not like they are eskimos or anything.

Haha, now this is funny.  The past week in Ohio it has been a high of 20 degrees.  Now try living in it for a while and what not and you get used to it.  Now Vid, how about you come here and try to function in the morning when its 6 degrees out.

just because I live in FL, that does not mean I mind the cold.  Actually I have been in the cold numerous times.  Both for fun and for work and it doesn\'t bother me.

It\'s not like you are out in 6 degree weather naked.

Um, yeah.  The cold weather really seems to be bothering the bucs.

Now I know it\'s only the half, but shit, Eagles aren\'t doing jack crap.

But I\'m sure it\'s more the Eagles doing poorly than the Bucs kicking ass.

Hmm, the Eagles Defense seems to be doing damn well on 1st and 2nd down. That doesn\'t mean shit on 3rd down -- the Bucs are tearing it up on 3rd and long\'s, which is visibly demoralizing the Eagles.

Eagles trying to put some more points onto the board, and they\'re ****ing up, going backwards -- got to at least make this a 4 point game, if not tie it up. Still got 1:20 to play in the half...

See Yuz.
What do Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Matt Clement, and Carlos Zambrano have in common?

They\'re the pieces to the next great pitching rotation of our time, what else?

GO CUBS!

...and the second I say that, McNabb fumbles the ball away with a chance to make it a 4 point game. 17-10 Bucs at halftime, and I\'m wondering what\'s wrong with the Eagles defense.

its gonna be an all Pirate superbowl this year.

That\'s exactly what my negihbor said about an hour ago.

An all pirate bowl.

It would be pretty cool for Gruden to play his old team.

Lol

You guys who think Scrambling QBs are all that what do you have to say now?

2 pocket passers in the superbowl

Pocket passer for life until a scrambler actually wins something.
