Omen: that\'s not true.  If it were, you\'d be the Bengals.

well, John York spends it.  but not for coaches.  He\'s said it before, that he doesn\'t believe in over paid coaches.  I hope that he\'ll open his pocket book on this one, but I have a bad feeling.  As it is, he\'s trying to "downsize", or so the rumors say.

The Bengals are the biggest disgrace in sports today.  Worse than the Expos.  Forget any other owner, Mike Brown is the worst, by a lot.  He should be shot.

I live in Tampa little man.

The team came in last night and the entire stadium was over capacity to welcome them home.  Today is a parade for the team through downtown.  Should be cool.  Then this weekend is Gasparilla.  One freaking huge parade where they throw beeds and show the titties.  It\'s good to be the king.

Ohh, yeah Im a moron, everyone should know where you live right..I mean you\'re very important.

49ers have good defensive players, that coach would just make them better, and would be cool to see him go to the niners.

Very cool.  Apparently he was ready to get on a plane to SF too.

They ahd a victory celebration where he pulled up the DL coach to the stand.  I knew he was doing that to push him into the spot light.

I\'m just glad they were able to keep him.  Sweet deal too.

Well it looks like Dennis Erickson is the new coach of the niners....  I\'m not sure how I feel about this.

I heard that today.  Very interesting.  What qualities does this guy posess that is intriguing to SF besides a pulse?  Has he done a damn thing in the NFL?

He won a national championship at the UM,but most (meaning me)felt he road Jimmy Johnson\'s coat tails to that NC.It did\'nt hurt that JJ left the team stocked with talent either. He was also the reason for Miami\'s sanctions a few years ago.I believe he resigned that position rather than be fired for the violations.

He didn\'t do much at all in Seattle. After being fired he went to Oregon St. and did good things there.

One thing about him that really stands out to me is that he isn\'t really the kind of guy who can get players fired up,but knows his X\'s and O\'s.This could be a good fit for him so who knows but I still don\'t understand why the 49\'rs were so quick to get rid of Mooch.
I swear this post is not spam!!!!Listen,if this post was spam, would I do this? [spreads mayonaise over bread]

And he lost his last game at Miami, but we all know that story, if I haven\'t forced it into your memory banks already :)

Dennis Erickson\'s a good coach. Nobody rides anybody\'s coat tails at Miami, the talent comes to you. If Erickson would have disciplined those kids at ALL, they would have been truly great. Their \'94 Defnese had Warren Sapp, Kenny Holmes, and Ray Lewis...one wonders how they didn\'t win the National Title. Erickson had a bad stint in Seattle, but basically, so has every other coach that\'s been there. He revived the Oregon State program, took them to the Fiesta Bowl 3 years ago and beat the holy hell out of Notre Dame (who didn\'t belong in that game, Nebraska did).

Erickson will have his hands full with T.O., but if he can instill some discipline, they\'ll have a good coach on their hands.

See Yuz.
What do Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Matt Clement, and Carlos Zambrano have in common?

They\'re the pieces to the next great pitching rotation of our time, what else?

GO CUBS!
