hell yea.. I tax as high as possible around 23% and run everything as low as i can.. they seem to stay happy. so i get enough for what i need.

I tax low income around 8%, middle income around 9.5% and high income around 13-14%. If I go up any more than that and they get pissed off at me.

Will a better graphics card help me out? I have to keep the stuff pretty low detail and it still starts to suck after about 7000 people.
I\'d like to get a card under 200 bucks. Is it worth waiting till new cards come out and get the top shelf cards as they drop in price or are we still a ways off. I\'d like this game to run a little smoother.

I have a REALLY good graphics card and mine craps out after about 10,000 people, like choppy framerates and all.
even at 512 MB of memory... think it may be time to double that.
