So now do we have to develop a list of phrases that legally equal "no?"  

"I have to go home" = no
"I dunno, ... maybe" = yes
"Would you go and return this videocasette for me?" = no
"Wow, your hot ji** feels good on my belly" = yes

It\'s too much for some dumb guys to figure out.  They\'ll probably have to have the list tattooed on  the back of their hand to be safe.  Also, how can a guy know which phrases are equivalent to "no" if they haven\'t been tested in court yet?

Rape is rape when the girl says no or cleary let\'s the man know she does not want it. Saying you have to go to home does not qualify as clear. No guy could translate that into a woman trying to tell him to stop. This isn\'t a misunderstanding on the man\'s part, this is the inabilty of the woman to properly let the man know she does not want it.

She did absolutely nothing plausible to let the man know she did not want it, therefore he should not be charged with rape. He is not a psychic. If he gets convincted then this will be an awful example of the justice system failing.
