See, I\'m seriously convinced you have never visited any other gaming boards. There\'s always that member like me. The crude, obnoxious, and careless guy that adds his own (as awkward as it can be sometimes) flavor. You seriously overestimate the boards. I\'m more than capable of posting long and insightful posts, but I personally don\'t want to. I tend to keep my opinions to myself in serious topics. Speaking of, you talk like I\'ve been the catalyst to every dead thread in OT, so I\'m asking for some examples. I\'m positive that I only post bullshit once the thread has already gone to hell, or is on the verge. I have respect for the author of the thread, and others enjoying it to not just blabber irrelevant shit.

And since you visit so many boards, you should know your kind of posting isnt tolerated very much. I dont know why you need examples, they are all over the place. Just b/c you dont start all of them going down hill means nothing. You contribute to the garbage, which is just as bad.

Yes, just because it is offered to the public doesnt exactly mean they arent private. The powers that be reserve right to refuse anyone they see fit. Even if they dont like someone screen name. By signing up, you are agreeing to the rules and policies. I forgot who said it but "this isnt your personal playground", dont like it or cant deal with it, leave.

Personally speaking, I could care less if you left or not. I do know I would love not seeing your bullshit posts all over the place(which are far from funny). That type of thing is funny once or twice to mentalities 16 and up...only the mentalities of 15 down would love that crap.

I\'m outta here. This place is definately at an all-time low. Everyone is conforming to this whole new bullshit approach and OT, the only place worth posting at before, is now as lame as the Suggestions forum. I mean upon my return I\'m looking through thread after thread and they\'re all just boring conversations with the same two or three people repeating the obvious.

Good luck with this new approach. Quite frankly from some people I talk to they think its lame as well and that all it does is axe the fun factor. Some mods are so sensitive to spam its frightening. You guys really haven\'t been to other gaming boards have you? Because if so, then you would realize that even the days when OT is at its spammiest, its pretty damn clean in comparison to other places. Its f*cking ridiculous how serious you take spam, and it seems like its always the same small selected few that complain about it. I bet if we actually had a majority vote of the regular members, and not the ALL-POWERFUL mods then it would show that no one gives a shit about the small and petty accounts of spam.

The only thing that really hurts about leaving is having to pull out of the Madden league, I had alot of fun with that, but I doubt I\'ll be able to continue seeing that I\'m starting to absolutly despise these boards and alot of people that run it.

Actually... I don\'t really hate anyone here. Everyone brings their own unique deck of cards to the table and thats what made OT so special. This week I\'ve been gone has made everyone blur in together so really you didn\'t know who was who anymore unless you read the username and noted the avatar. OT was about fun, and spam is so incredibly overrated.

Ryu has definately been the thorn in my side since day one. The very first thing I posted, he was there to make things hell, all the way to my final post I\'m sure. He places himself upon his almighty pedestal all the time, and talks down to everybody. Apparently its his way or the highway, this place has no sense of democracy whatsoever. In fact thats one of the biggest flaws here at these boards. The other boards I post at, and probably will remain at from here on out, have a bustling suggestions forum where there are live discussions on changes and adjustments to the forums, this way all members have say in it.

I personally like Ryu\'s final blow to reseting my post count and then permanently altering my title. "Never funny"... according to you, your majesty. Most people did find me funny and did enjoy my posts. But its all up to the king right? I guess so.

Its too late to give any shoutouts, the cool people know who they are and I\'ll always be on AIM (FearTheRedHead).

You complain about the quality of these boards and how they are now that you have returned, but there was a day, far before your time here when the boards were far better and that same quality is what we want back and that would mean more meaningful posts from the other members on the board.  Your one of the spammers that we want to weed out anyhow and I can safely say that we wont be hurt by your departure and the daily absense of dick and fart jokes that you so elloquently post with each visit.

The avatarr and custom title were not my idea, but I am guilty of making the changes.  As for your post count, which contributed nearly 5000 posts to this board, barely any of them extending any insight into any topic, that was entirely my idea.  You wanted to be a prick and not adhere to new forum policy, then you will be penalized for it much like other members have already.  All you had to do was start thinking things through and posting more thought out replies and topics, much like this one, and nothing would have happened to you.  Instead, well, this is the instead right here.

Uh what atrocity are you speaking of?  I must have missed it.  In any case, I have talked to a few mods about OT becoming less fun.  Sure the spam needs to be cut back, but I did get a laugh from from some of the more "useless" posts.  Warnings should be issued for those that do it often and then if it continues mods should take appropriate action.  

Vapor does have one good point, this is a gaming forum.  Its not like we are discussing physics.   This place was fun and maybe it will be fun again.  I for one will not be leaving as I do like most of the members and I am sure after this all dies down things will become fun once again.  The main reason I have been here for over a year is because this place does have its own unique sense of humor and everyone contributes to it.  I find it very sad that this issue has to be so cut and dry.
