Portugal knew. My sisters fiancee is portugese(sp?) and his family was calling and asking if anything had happend b/c they heard we were being threatend by terrorist attacks in a big city. Thats all that I know was said.

They probably had intel and thought nothing of it since they intercept alot of threats. Plus they really have no real way of knowing exactly what would be hit and how.

The US, and other governments, probably has hundreds upon hundreds of threats every year. To think they will chase every single one is unreasonable. I wonder how many are stopped.

If Bush was looking for an excuse to have a war with Iraq, he wouldn\'t be blowing up buildings full of rich white people.

He would more likely have staged a shoot out between FBI agents and guys dressed as Arabs near a van on a road in upstate New York. They would have a small atomic bomb placed in the van, and they would replace the doubles with actual suspected terrorists that they have kidnapped and killed earlier. And they would say the terrorists got the bomb from Iraq. You see? They would have achieved the same objective without losing 127 billion dollars. Now stfu, you stupid conspiracy monkeys.

:rolleyes: The answer is as simple as that.....They didnt think of any ideas like yours.And America as a super power and with "smart" "powerfull" men behind it They can think of better less obvious more convincing ways.Or you admit they are stupid enough to try your above ideas if they want to hide something?
