When you fall asleep early and wake up wayyyyyy to early?

I fell asleep somewhere around 8pm and im paying for it now at 4.27am.

PS..I have been awake for the last 45 minutes trying to go back to sleep. :(

I guess Ill actually be early for work today :D

there is nothing worse than going to bed around midnight and waking up at 4:30am fresh and awake.

I fell asleep last night at 7.30pm, which is the earliest I can ever recall doing so. I woke up at 3am this morning. I was bored stupid, so I got up and watched the telly for a bit. I spent most of my time flicking backwards and forwards between the men & motors (or "mm" channel, for short (no kidding)), and the motors channel on sky416. After 2am, they show soft core porn (just some semi-naked/naked European women rubbing themselves all over, in different circumstances ie in baths, saunes, gardens.....and other glamourous locales). It\'s a bit lame I know, but at that time in the morning, it\'s either that or Trisha on ITV2.

I\'ve been doing the bad habit of going to sleep around 6am and waking up at 1-2pm.  Medal of Honor keeps calling my name, I CAN\'T HELP IT!!!!  Ok it\'s 6:40 time for bed.

It\'s easier to fall into the habit of staying awake through the night and sleeping during the day, than it is to get out of. I\'m speaking from personal experience, I\'ve done it all too often

I once came home from work completely hammered, and went to bed at 6:30pm cause i was just so tired, I then woke up at about quarter to twelve and was really paying for it.

Yesterday I slept at 4 o clock in the afternoon and woke up at 6  o clock in the morning.And it gets me a bit confused.

Everything turned out ok..1st half of the day was busy, so I took a nap in the office at around 11 for just over and hour. Finished up some minor stuff and came home. I should be good to get back on schedule. I hope anyway.

I can actually deal with that pretty well. For some reason I can adjust to a lack of sleep. That usually happens when Im out drinkin all  night and come in at 7am. I\'ll be up by noon.
